Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • In their original, unopened packaging
  • In resellable condition (not used or damaged)
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following adhesive products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened:

  • All Purpose & School Glue
  • Adhesive Putty
  • Assorted Glue and Adhesives
  • Command™ Adhesive Refill Strips (if packaging is opened)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include:
    • Your order number
    • The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
    • The reason for return/exchange
    • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 1 business day with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our return address (provided in your RMA email) using a trackable shipping method. We recommend keeping your shipping receipt.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Methods:

  • Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal): Refunds will appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
  • Store credit: Issued immediately via email if preferred.

Shipping Costs:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable for returns that aren’t our fault.

Exchanges

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return.
  • If the exchange item is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the difference.
  • If the exchange item costs less, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product (including Command™ adhesive products that fail to stick properly), please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll arrange for a free replacement or refund.

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • You’re responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties associated with returning items.
  • We cannot refund original shipping costs for international orders.
  • Returns must be sent to our U.S. address (provided with your RMA number).
