Shipping Information
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes tracking and insurance
- Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Includes basic tracking
Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be:
- In their original, unopened packaging
- In resellable condition (not used or damaged)
- Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following adhesive products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened:
- All Purpose & School Glue
- Adhesive Putty
- Assorted Glue and Adhesives
- Command™ Adhesive Refill Strips (if packaging is opened)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return/exchange
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
- Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 1 business day with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Write the RMA number clearly on the package.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our return address using a trackable shipping method. Keep your shipping receipt.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s):
- Refunds or exchanges are processed within 3-5 business days
- Refund methods:
- Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal): Refunds appear in your account within 5-10 business days
- Store credit: Issued immediately via email if preferred
Important: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). Original shipping fees are non-refundable for returns that aren’t our fault.
Exchanges
- We’ll ship your replacement once we receive and process your return
- If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
- If the exchange item costs less, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product (including Command™ adhesive products that fail to stick properly), contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll arrange for a free replacement or refund.
International Returns
- Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties associated with returns
- We cannot refund original shipping costs for international orders
- Returns must be sent to our U.S. address (provided with your RMA number)
