Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason, including suspected fraudulent activity.

  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, 15-25 business days

We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary due to customs.

4.3 Delivery Issues

You must inspect shipments upon arrival. Report damaged/missing items within 48 hours to [email protected] with photos of damage.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for unopened, resellable items with original packaging and receipt. Non-returnable items include:

  • Opened adhesive products (All Purpose & School Glue, Adhesive Putty, etc.)
  • Opened Command™ Adhesive Refill Strips

5.2 Return Process

  2. We’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  3. Ship items with RMA number clearly marked to our address: 2197 Boone Street, COEUR D ALENE, US 83814

5.3 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect returns. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is our error.

5.4 Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. You’re responsible for price differences and return shipping costs.

  • Provide accurate account and shipping information
  • Use products as intended (adhesive products are not toys)
  • Follow all safety instructions included with products
  • Pay any applicable customs fees for international orders
